The CAP Publications Committee oversees and reviews all publication proposals based on perceived value to pathologists and laboratory professionals, author qualifications, quality of writing, and market need.

1. Review the Proposal Form Instructions.
2. Download and complete the Publication Proposal Form.
3. Submit the completed proposal form and requested supporting documentation to bookpubs@cap.org.
