How to Apply
There are two ways to apply for the Engaged Leadership Academy.
- Complete and submit the application below, or
- Gain a referral from an ELA graduate who is a participant in our Engaged Leaders Network.
- To contact an ELN member for referral, use the Member Directory.
- ELN members may use this nomination form to refer a CAP member for consideration.
Requirements for Applying to the Engaged Leadership Academy
- Member of the CAP in good standing.
- Pathologist in active practice or in training.
- Application or ELN referral must be submitted by established deadline.
Engaged Leadership Academy Application
Eligible applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Accepted applicants will receive a link to register for the program, along with information on travel and hotel reservations. All costs associated with the program, including travel, hotel, meals not provided during the program, and the $400 registration fee, will be paid by the participant.
