No, the Performance Analytics Dashboard is free and available to all CAP Proficiency Testing/External Quality Assessment (PT/EQA) and laboratory accreditation participants. Once you’re in the e-LAB Solutions Suite application, the link to launch the dashboard can be found in the Performance Analytics Dashboard section. Note: For laboratories that are not CAP-accredited, the accreditation portion of the dashboard will not appear; for laboratories that use an alternate PT/EQA provider, the PT/EQA portion of the dashboard will not appear.

Yes, you may change your demographic group classification to see how your performance compares with your peers.
Laboratories may update their classification under Basic Details within the Organization Profile in e-LAB Solutions Suite.
To view performance for all laboratories within a system, a special CAP # referred to as a higher unit (HU) will need to be created. Contact your sales representative or customer support to request an HU.
