Work Life Balance

Description 

The purpose of this roundtable is to offer an overview of the challenges associated with balancing work and life with the leaders and moderators offering up their experience and advice. The attendees will have the opportunity to share their challenges and ideas as well as leading to a robust discussion on the topic. This is a topic that is applicable across a career but that can be particularly difficult to balance in the beginning. Topics will range from trying to find time for family while balancing clinical work, research, and teaching.

• Become aware of the challenges of creating a balanced approach to career and personal life.
• Learn about different approaches to work life balance (there is no one size-fits-all solution).
